Graduated Tsuji Culinary Institute.
He opened his own shop at his hometown of Nara after his Graduation. In 2009,
he move to Singapore and was involved in the launch of 2 brand of shops.
He spread the fine taste of homemade Japanese stlye cakes in Singapore.
In 2014, he opened his own shop in the heartlands of Tanjong Pagar.
